Hi, there. I am more familiar with you from "Pegasus Legend" but I have seen this blog before and I was reminded of it by a mutual friend. This blog will come in handy for me. My Dad was just diagnosed with a form of heart disease and he is currently recovering from an open heart, quadruple bypass surgery. I want to be educated in heart-healthy recipes so that not only can I take my parents meals as he recovers, but I want to know more heart-healthy recipes for myself and my husband so that we can create positive habits in our young age. This whole experience has been eye opening and alarming on so many levels. Thank you for having this blog. I will be a frequent visitor in light of recent events.
Sincerely,
Emily

Italians got it right in their cuisine that focuses on pure simplicity to savor the flavors of the dish . . . this tomato salad is a perfect example. I can't wait for tomatoes to ripen so I can make this simply perfect salad!
