Amazing with all the hype on cholesterol, heart disease, cancer and serious illnesses caused by eating things that are not good for you we have a list of the top ten fast food items to stay away from. Why you ask? Fat content and empty calories that can cause all of the above. Sure they taste good but the calories say STAY AWAY, your heart will thank you!  Here are some eye openers:

Wow! That's quite an eye opener. I don't often eat at these places, but we do eat at Applebee's once in awhile. I'll have to ask for a nutrition menu next time, or just stick with their Weight Watchers menu. Thanks for the information. :)
