Amazing how this vegetable/fruit can help us with our health. Garlic is a natural antibiotic.
Tomatoes through researchers have been known to lower the risk of certain cancers along with cardiovascular disease and osteoporosis. Tomatoes are the number one most important non- starchy vegetable in the American diet. It's no wonder researchers have embarked upon such a great find. Lycopene has been found to be a very powerful antioxidant. Also Vitamin A in tomatoes will keep your eyes healthy and your hair!  Keep eating tomatoes your body will thank you for it!

Garlic is a natural antibiotic.  Studies show it can help with lowering blood pressure, protect against prostrate cancer, breast cancers and aids in the blood flow to help protect your heart. Researchers have not yet studied the pills long enough to know if they are beneficial, however eating up to 12 cloves of garlic a day is said to help prevent many ailments. Some of the concern is how your digestive system reacts not everyone can digest that much easily. Moderation in every thing we do is always recommended as a best practice.
