Slim Down Diary Recipe and Baked Home Fries

 Recipe number 3 is for all the carb lovers and potato lovers of course. In moderation you can have everything you love, cooked a little more healthier. Very tasty recipe with only 271 calories per serving. There are 4 servings to this recipe.


 Baked Home Fries

4 large potatoes cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1 green pepper diced
1 red onion thinly sliced
2 teaspoon olive oil
seasoned salt to taste 
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray with oil a large baking dish. Toss the potatoes, peppers, onions with seasonings until coated. Bake stirring every 10 minutes for 45 minutes or until fork tender.
