Chicken Pasta Salad
4 ounces of low carb pasta of choice
1/2 cup cooked cubed chicken breast
1 cup white beans drained and rinsed
1/2 cup fat free Italian dressing
3 plum tomatoes or 1 cup grape tomatoes chopped
2 tablespoons each fresh chopped basil and parsley
Cook pasta to instructions on package and drain. While warm add the chicken, beans, dressing tomatoes and herbs. Stir all together. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving. Makes 4 servings.
