Slim Down Diary Recipe Chicken Pasta Salad

Here is a dish we just love. Use low carb pasta, chicken breast and this recipe makes 4 servings at 402 calories a serving. Fresh and also hearty for lunch or dinner.

Chicken Pasta Salad

4 ounces of low carb pasta of choice 
1/2 cup cooked cubed chicken breast
1 cup white beans drained and rinsed
1/2 cup fat free Italian dressing
3 plum tomatoes or 1 cup grape tomatoes chopped
2 tablespoons each fresh chopped basil and parsley

Cook pasta to instructions on package and drain. While warm add the chicken, beans, dressing tomatoes and herbs. Stir all together. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving. Makes 4 servings.
