Slim Down Diary Recipe Mock Herb Souffle

Healthier than most breakfast foods. Easier than you think and really a very delicious dish. This makes 4 servings and is 304 calories per serving.

 Mock Herb Souffle

2 eggs
4 egg whites
1 1/2 cups fat free milk
1 cup reduced fat cheddar shredded cheese
6 slices multi grain or whole wheat bread cubed
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup 97% fat free ham or turkey meat
1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder, oregano, basil and parsley

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Oil spray a 2 quart baking dish. In a large bowl beat eggs, whites until frothy. Stir in the milk, cheese, bread, mushrooms, ham and seasonings. Pour into baking dish. Bake 45 minutes until golden brown or knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
