Slim Down Diary Recipe Low Fat Rice Pudding





Here is a quick rice pudding when your craving something sweet and still low fat. This rice pudding is so easy to make you won't believe it. It taste sinful to a dieter! Only  119 calories per serving and it has 8 servings in this recipe!




Low Fat Rice Pudding

 4 cups fat free milk
1 cup quick cooking rice
1/4 cup raisins
1 package sugar free vanilla pudding
2 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon each vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon

In a medium saucepan mix the milk, rice, raisins, pudding mix and egg whites. Heat to boiling on medium heat stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. Cool 5 minutes stirring twice then add raisins, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg.
