Some of the worse fast foods we love can be bad for our health..

Amazing with all the hype on cholesterol, heart disease, cancer and serious illnesses caused by eating things that are not good for you we have a list of the top ten fast food items to stay away from. Why you ask? Fat content and empty calories that can cause all of the above. Sure they taste good but the calories say STAY AWAY, your heart will thank you!  Here are some eye openers:

Outback Aussie Cheese Fries: (2900 calories and 182 grams of fat)
Taco Bell Chicken Ranch loaded taco salad: (calories 568, fat 37grams

Guacamole Avocado and Health Benefits


These tasty “alligator pears” as they are often referred to make a great fat burning
 treat as well as promotes overall good health.

3 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)
In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
