4 Great Tips to Lose Weight this Summer

Drink lots of water but make sure you have plenty of orange, lime and lemon slices in it. It has lots of Vitamin C in it and helps burn fat  at a cellular level! Eight glasses a day is recommended.
Believe it or not adding lots of cucumbers slices to your water cleanses the system to remove toxins.  Add 6 to 8 slices to a pitcher of water.
Add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper to your water, this boosts your metabolism and also there is something in the capsaicin that makes you feel full. Here's what I do, add sliced, peaches, strawberries, blueberries and with 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to your bottle of water with fruit.
Eat lots of vegetables in your salads, try radish, tomato, cucumber, carrots, cabbage slaw, raw broccoli, fresh herbs, raw mushrooms and keep eating healthy. Count calories and go online to see how many you need to get to your desired weight.
