Cracker Coated Chicken Breast

Delicious cracker coated chicken breasts seasoned to pefection.


If you have picky kids, they will love this chicken cut into strips homemade.

Cracker Coated Chicken Breast



1 1/2 pounds of boneless chicken breast cut into 1/2 strips
2 1/2 cups crushed saltine crackers
1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
3 tablespoon butters
1 1/2 cups cream or milk
1/2 teaspoon salt dash of pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian herb seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 egg
1 cup milk
oil for frying


Add crushed crackers and all the seasoning to a pie plate.
In another pie plate beat the egg and milk together.
Dip the chicken into the egg mixture.
Roll into cracker mixture
In a frying pan fry the chicken strips in heated oil until the chicken is browned and cooked evenly on bother sides then drain on paper towels.
